Return Process

Unless the return is due to a damaged item, defective merchandise, or shipping error, return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used during checkout.

Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error made by KlsccBl™.
